π 14-day returns
You may return any product bought from our website within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel.
Return conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (unused, with no signs of damage).
- Returns must be sent in the original packaging, with all included accessories (lids, stands, etc.).
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective or was the wrong item.

β Warranty β 6 months against manufacturing defects
All our chimineas are handcrafted from natural clay and pass a rigorous quality check. If a manufacturing defect appears within 6 months of purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Cracks caused by incorrect use (sudden high-flame fires without the initial curing).
- Mechanical damage from transport or improper handling.
- Normal wear caused by exposure to the elements without protection.

π Good to know
Because each piece is made of natural ceramic and designed for use with open fire, fine superficial hairline cracks may appear over time. These are normal and do not affect the safety or functionality of the chiminea, and they are not covered as defects.
